How can coaching support me?

Coaching is a safe, confidential, non judgmental space to reflect, explore, learn and build confidence in your own potential to thrive. Coaching can give you the power to unlock your own potential for positive change by providing tools to build resilience and improve well-being. Coaching empowers young adults to think about, and move forward positively by creating and working towards goals. These benefits will positively impact you now, in the present day, and further into your future .

The process

  • Initially, after contact, I will email you a ‘Wellbeing Wheel’. This is a self assessment, which allows you to reflect on areas of your life to establish where coaching would be of most benefit. I then offer a free 30 min discovery call to discuss your findings, and how coaching could benefit you. This call also allows you to get a feel for the coaching that I offer, and if you feel we would be a good match.

  • If you do decided to continue, we would then agree to the number of coaching sessions, time/ dates and a location to suit us both. Sessions can be online via Google Meets, or I can offer face to face appointments in my garden studio if you are local to St Andrews.

  • Each session last approximately 1 hour.

Fee

£45 a session
