Coaching provides girls with an additional layer of support as they navigate the challenges of growing up. I offer dedicated support for girls, creating a safe and encouraging space where they feel heard, understood and valued.
Through coaching, children gain practical tools, knowledge and strategies to help them cope positively with everyday experiences and emotional demands. This work focuses strongly on mental health and wellbeing, helping young people feel more balanced, confident and capable.
Coaching supports the development of resilience, emotional intelligence, communication skills and a growth mindset, key ingredients shown to help children flourish both at home and in school.
By strengthening these skills, coaching can positively impact a child’s mental wellbeing, sense of self and outlook on life. The benefits are not only felt in the present but continue to support children throughout their teenage years and into adulthood.
Coaching sessions can help children and teens with:
A complimentary 15-minute clarity call is offered with a parent to explore whether coaching is the right fit for your child or teenager.
Sessions are reviewed regularly with parents at an appropriate stage. This includes discussion around whether additional sessions may be helpful as part of ongoing support for children and teenagers.
Each session lasts 50 minutes, with an additional 10 minutes at the end while a parent is present for a handover and feedback.
Sessions take place in my garden studio, located 4 miles outside St Andrews, offering a calm and private setting.
Sessions can also take place within a school setting with parental and school permission, ensuring flexibility for families in and around St Andrews.
Creativity is a core part of my work. In-person sessions may include mindfulness activities, visualisations, relaxation techniques, meditation, and arts and crafts, all designed to support emotional expression and overall mental health and wellbeing.
A complimentary feedback call is included at the end of the coaching package, offering parents the opportunity to ask questions, reflect on progress and discuss next steps.
A chance to find out more about coaching and mentoring, and establish if it would be a good match for your daughter.
A chance for your daughter to meet me, become familiar with my studio, and find out more about coaching. We can discuss one small topic, and she will go away with some insights and practical tools. From there, we can discuss how many sessions would be recommended, if you were to decide to have future sessions.
Sessions are held on Saturdays between 9.30am- 4pm.
Sessions can also be held in schools if agreed with all relevant parties.
There is flexibility during the week if your daughter doesn't attend school, or is home schooled.
I am not a qualified counsellor or therapist. However, coaching can be a valuable form of family support for children who may be on a waiting list to access other mental health services.
I am fully PVG checked and hold up-to-date NSPCC Child Protection training.
Alongside 1:1 coaching I also offer small, supportive groups for girls, creating a positive space where they can connect with others, share experiences, and develop confidence together.
Groups are run from my studio. I also deliver sessions within schools or similar settings.
If you are interested in working together, please click the “Contact Me” page to get in touch. We can then arrange a complimentary 15-minute clarity call to determine whether coaching would be a good fit for you.
Dates and more information for upcoming girls groups will be shared on my social media pages.

'Working with Hollie has transformed my life, and rippled positively into my families lives. I feel calmer, and far better equipped to understand my child’s needs, and also my own. The tools I learned were practical, compassionate and easy to use. The difference in our home is incredible.'

'Before working with Hollie, I felt like I was constantly in survival mode- just getting through the day. She helped me slow down, rebuild my confidence, create simple habits that actually worked in with family life, and allowed me a safe space to feel heard and validated. Now I feel calmer, more present with my kids and more like myself again. I'm so grateful for this support and would highly recommend it to other Mums who feel like they've lost their way.'

‘Hollie's gentle, non-judgemental and calm approach enabled my daughter to really engage in the coaching sessions. Within a few weeks we saw such a transformation in our daughter’s confidence and belief in herself.'

'My 9 year old son has worked with Hollie over a significant period this year, focusing on aspects of his life that he (and I!) can often find challenging. Hollie has provided him with a safe, nurturing and inspiring space that has enabled him to reflect on his big emotions, find practical techniques to manage them, and focus on his own super powers. His experience with Hollie has been hugely positive and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Hollie to other parents.’
